Burgh Castle Parish Council usually holds its main monthly meetings at the Burgh Castle Village Hall on the second Monday of every month (commencing at 7.30pm) there are extra meetings as required usually for planning matters and these are also held on Mondays at the same venue. All meetings are open to the public and full agendas are displayed on the parish notice boards.

Public Participation - Members of the public may raise points for consideration by Councillors.
This part of the evening will include County Council, Borough Council, plus reports from members
of public concerning the following:

b)Village Fundraising Day
c)Broads Authority Representative report.
